Cancel or change your order

Changed your mind, or need to fix the address? No problem.

Before your order ships

You can cancel a pre-order, or any order that has not shipped yet, at any time and for any reason. Email support@swellframe.co with your order number and we will cancel it and confirm by email. You get a full refund to your original payment method, including any annual plan bought with the order. Card refunds usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Need to change the shipping address or swap something in the order? Email us the same way and we will update it before it leaves.

After your order ships

Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier we can no longer cancel it. You can still return it within 30 days of delivery under our return policy: see Shipping & Returns.

Estimated shipping

Orders to the United States and Canada are estimated to ship in mid-November 2026. Europe, Australia and New Zealand are estimated for early 2027. These are pre-order estimates and may move. We post every milestone on our launch tracker.
