What you are buying

A Swellframe is an always-on e-ink display that shows surf, wind, tide and forecast information. It is a one-time purchase that includes the forecast service the device needs to work. Optional annual subscriptions add extra features and are described at www.swellframe.co.

Forecast information

Forecast data comes from third-party providers and is provided for information only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Do not rely on it alone for safety-critical decisions.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an affected order, refunding you in full, if an order was placed at an incorrect price. Sales tax is applied where we are required to collect it and is shown before you confirm.

Warranty

Account and device setup

Setting up a device requires a Swellframe account and a Wi-Fi connection. Use of the account and the forecast service is governed by the full Terms of Service at https://www.swellframe.co/terms.html, which apply alongside these store terms. Where the two conflict on a purchase made in this store, these store terms apply to the purchase itself.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
