Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Swellframe devices are packed and shipped from Ocean Township, New Jersey.

Cost

Shipping is free on orders of $140 or more. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping speed you pick, and the exact cost is shown in your cart before you pay.

A single Swellframe is $139, which sits just under the threshold. Ordering a second frame, or adding any annual plan, takes the order over $140 and the shipping comes off.

Speed

Orders are packed within two business days. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location.

We ship on business days only. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday are packed on the next business day.

International orders

If you are ordering from outside the United States, please email hello@swellframe.co before placing your order so we can confirm we can deliver to you and quote the freight.

For international deliveries, any import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees are set by the destination country and are your responsibility. They are not included in the price you pay us, and carriers usually collect them before delivery.

If your order has not arrived

If tracking has not moved for several days, or the carrier has marked your parcel as delivered and you do not have it, email hello@swellframe.co with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and stay on it with you until it is resolved.
